Service publisher

The RepForm service (the "Service") is published by Thibaut Rouquié, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel) operating under the trade name Repform, whose business address is at 6 Rue d'Armaillé, 75017 Paris, France, registered with the French National Business Registry (Registre National des Entreprises, INPI) under SIREN number 894 321 264. Publication director

The publication director is Thibaut Rouquié, in his capacity as sole trader publishing the Service.

Application host

The application is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Avenue #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, United States — vercel.com. The application compute is served from Vercel's Paris datacenter (region "cdg1"). Vercel is not reachable by phone; contact via support@vercel.com.

Database and file host

The database and user-uploaded files (photos, signatures, PDFs) are hosted by Supabase Inc., 970 Toa Payoh North, #07-04, Singapore 318992, via datacenters located in Frankfurt, Germany (European Union) — supabase.com.

Backup host

Encrypted database backups are hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus, in a datacenter located in Paris, France — hostinger.com.

Intellectual property

All elements composing the service (source code, design, trademarks, logos, texts, illustrations, videos) are protected by intellectual property law and belong to RepForm or their respective owners. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part, of these elements is prohibited without prior written consent, except for legal exceptions (short citation, private copy for personal use, educational exception). Any unauthorised exploitation constitutes counterfeiting punishable under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. The data controller can be contacted at privacy@repform.fr. Under GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection over your data.

Report illegal content

Pursuant to Article 6.I.5 of the LCEN, any person may report manifestly illegal content hosted via the service by writing to legal@repform.fr, specifying the nature of the content, its exact location (URL), and the reasons it should be removed. RepForm undertakes to review such reports as soon as reasonably possible.
